Our process begins with a one-on-one consultation to find out what your bespoke garden room ideas are and what your plan is for the rooms use. We will help guide you and offer a wealth of garden room knowledge, from groundwork foundations to the finer details of lighting and flooring choices.
Bespoke garden room designs with high utility
We know a thing or two about creating a unique luxury space that is functional and enhances the look of your garden. Working with you to understand how the space will be used, our team will tailor a luxury garden room exclusively to your requirements. Shapes and sizing for garden rooms
We size our garden rooms in 0.5 metre increments and there is virtually no cap on size. Our most popular room shapes include the open-plan squares, the L-shape and the traditional large rectangle. We have also built fully enclosed oval buildings based on our Versailles luxury gazebo design.
Bathrooms, Showers and W/C
If you want to use your bespoke garden room as a garden gym, a shower means you don’t need to divert into your house to get ready for your next activity. A W/C built into your garden bar, cinema room, or guest house means guests won’t have to traipse in and out of the house to use the facilities.
Custom Bars
Creating a beautiful custom timber bar is the chance to create something unique to your bespoke garden room. Our talented carpenters can create bars and back bars in all shapes and sizes, from minibar cabinets and corner bars to grand bars, designed to take centre stage in your luxury outdoor space.
Kitchens and Cooking Features
Alfresco cooking isn’t just about barbecuing any more. That’s why we offer the option to incorporate a full built-in kitchen in your bespoke garden room. Choose from stainless steel grills and burners, sink units, fridges and storage cabinets. Another very popular alternative to the traditional BBQ is a wood-fired oven.

Set up your own home cinema with large comfy sofas and an oversized screen. We advise on all aspects of a garden cinema integration, from the very best audio and visual components to Wi-Fi connection and additional soundproofing if you like to turn the volume up.
Hot tubs & swim spas
Incorporate a gazebo area into your bespoke garden room design to accommodate a hot tub or swim spa. Drawing upon elements of our Buckingham Garden Room, we customise a covered outdoor space as part of your unique build.

With edge-to-edge glass, our fixed skylights are a great way to ensure you have plenty of natural light in your garden room and are also an attractive feature in their own right.
