Indoor & outdoor space
The covered gazebo area that can be used to combine indoor and outdoor living under the same roof. Ideal for entertaining or relaxing however you choose; perhaps you’d like an outdoor kitchen or BBQ, and a hot tub or simply a warm and sheltered space to sit and enjoy your garden.
The highest grade
Unlike mass produced buildings, the Buckingham is residential grade. Engineered to the same exacting specification as your home, which means that whatever you use it for - from an extra living room or a luxury home office to a sumptuous entertaining space - you can enjoy it in home-from-home comfort, all year round, year upon year.

Built to Last
The Sandringham is built to permanent residential building standards, including residential grade insulation. Every element is painstakingly selected for quality and longevity. We insist on the finest craftsmanship: traditional timber building methods, rather than cheaper SIPS (structural insulated panels).
TRADA Certification
The result is an attention to detail that’s about as far removed from mass production as you can get, reflected in TRADA certification, the highest marque in our industry.
More Customisations
We offer more options as standard for our Buckingham model. Choose from french, sliding or bi-fold doors. Customise your engineered oak flooring finish and select your external cladding staining colour.
Ground screw base
The Buckingham comes with a ground screws base as standard for your convenience. Ground screws are the fast, secure and the environmentally friendly option for your building. A ground screws test will be necessary to establish suitability.
